Repair Service
We understand that unexpected accidents can happen, and we're committed to supporting our cycling community through every twist and turn of their journey. We offer a crash repair service for kits, purchased less than a year ago. If the repair will not be possible, we will give a 50% discount for the purchase of the same new item. It's our way of supporting you through the unexpected bumps along the way. Ride assured, knowing that HOPS! cares about your cycling experience from start to finish.

- Turn your cycling jerseys, shorts, and other clothing items inside out before washing.
- Use a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
- Do not tumble dry. Air dry your cycling apparel by hanging it up.
- Do not iron.
- Avoid washing your cycling kit with abrasive items like Velcro.
- Ensure zippers are fully closed before washing to avoid snagging on other items.
- Use a mesh laundry bag for more delicate items like base layers.
- Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can leave residues that impact moisture-wicking properties.
