Motion, flow and impulse – these are the forces that drives us. HOPS! presents the cycling jersey collection INERTIA, designed for those who live for the ride and embrace the spirit of cycling.
The collection is created in collaboration with multi-media artist Katrīna Sadovņikova. She is an artist who acts on impulse when creative opportunities come her way, and follows the flow of sudden on-the-spot ideas, keeping her work in motion until it is shaped to her idea of perfection.
Katrīna studied animation and illustration at Arts University Bournemouth and currently works at the Latvian Design Center. The artist is known to a wider audience as the author of her dynamic animations in the creative industries media platform FOLD. Sports have been close to Katrīna since childhood when she practiced alpine skiing, but now she has taken a more serious interest in cycling.
